The primary focus was elevating the brand’s presence and reshaping how it connected with its audience across multiple platforms. When I stepped in, many of the company’s existing assets lacked polish and consistency, which made it difficult to convey value in a competitive market — especially as a brand sourcing products from China which can reflect on the brands image especially when product photos and product quality don’t align.

My role was to rebuild and refine the creative foundation so the company could present itself with credibility, professionalism, and trust. I managed everything from visual storytelling to strategic brand management, ensuring a consistent, high-quality presence across digital, print, and social channels.
