FAQ
Do you have a full catalog for different package options and add-ons? Yes we do! I create a Wedding Pricing Guide to show the different package options that you can customize from 1 shooter to as many as you feel you need.
Is tax included? No, tax is not included as many couples will do add-ons which affect the final proposal. Tax is applied during the proposal stage where applicable by Texas law.
Is there a travel fee? There is no travel fee for venues that are within the range of 2 hours from our shooters homebase location. We’re based out of Austin and Cypress. Due to safety we charge a travel fee for hotels or extra doggy sitter time to make sure we get home safely with your memories. I always say after 10 hours of filming the hardest part is making sure we get home safely. Fees range from $100 – $550 depending on rates in the area and season.

FAQ
What happens when it rains? If it rains and there isn’t an alternative plan in place; there are coverings we put over cameras to keep them protected without skipping a beat. We always have a second outfit incase we need to be dry. We may break down to a simple 1 or 2 camera setup to reduce risk of damaging gear.
What happens if the DJ has poor Audio? We make sure we have external mics on you during important moments if we are unsure about the DJ’s credibility. We always tap into every audio source possible and worse case scenario we have a recorder attached to the microphone stand.

Peace of Mind
Preservation and the safety of raw footage and photos is our number one priority, we can always re-edit raws, that does not hold true for jpgs. We will be doing something unique in this industry; we will offer 72 hours after the wedding day to download raw photos and footage. This ensures a 4th place of back up we just ask you keep them tucked away for the 4 – 10 weeks while we finish editing and printing.
